Really? I went in to this bank to withdrawl cash. Was given a stupid look and told that the bank did not have that much cash! Was offered a cashiers check. If I needed a cashiers check, thats what i would have asked for. What a joke. LOL, a bank without cash. Imagine that.
As a Bofa customer since 1992, this is the worst branch I've been to. They're too small for the volume of people that comes in that I've been told multiple times that they cannot fit me in. If I don't need to go into the bank, I wouldn't bother. I dread coming to this branch where I am treated poorly when I'm a prefer customer. I especially can't stand Dawn. She has no people skills and makes you feel like they can't be bothered with you and your business is not worth the bank' time. Please limit her interaction with customers unless you want customers to take their business to bank of edwardsville across the street.
