Taedra helped from start to finish none of my groomsmen or I have every worn suits before and everyone answered all ours questions.
I had an excellent experience here. We were buying tuxes for my wedding and the gentleman who helped us was very patient with us and our indecision and gave us his recommendations. The only thing I would say was an issue was the price to rent the tux, it was a bit steep if you ask me.
The guys in there are super nice and funny. Made us feel at home. Fitted my son for a tux and everything was perfect when we picked up...days before the event!

The saddest attempt at customer service. I would give no stars if possible. I went in to purchase 10 suits for a wedding. After spending hours getting measured and getting sizes in order, we go to the counter to check out and they miss tagged and quoted wrong prices. The suites here are outrageous compared to competitors, so the only reason we even looked was due to the great pricing we were quoted. The manager was unbelievably rude and bashing the sales associate on the floor, and customer service was even worse. As a fellow retail employee, stand by your products and service and make it right.
