Went to buy a computer, was extremely happy to not be bombarded by people trying to sell me things I didn't need. This location is a little small in comparison to other ones locally, but still had what we needed and was kept well.
This one is allot better than in Fairview heights. Decent service and they sell things that aren't already broken. They say if you have as problem return it no questions asked. Only at this Best buy will you get that. Great job team. Your the only good Best buy in 100 miles around. Don't do black Friday here. Horrible terrible lazy staph

I love this Best Buy. There have been a couple of times where I need to track down an item, and they were able to help me out. I did have an issue with a promotion that was ran. The manager apologize for the issues I had, and offered me a Best Buy gift card in the amount that the promotion would have applied. Great place to get all of your electronic needs met.

A young man, Sam, helped educate my husband and I about video cameras and SD cards. He could easily have said here's what you are looking for and left us, but he cared enough to explain. Then, he even checked us out to make sure that we received the online discount!!
