This place is pretty inexpensive and I know that you get what you pay for. Next time, I will probably opt for a more expensive place to get their hair done properly.
I made a reservation two weeks in advance to have my sister and my mother's hair done for a wedding. When I got there the day of, the person who had taken down my reservation weeks before had not put the correct date, so they kind of had to squeeze us in and it was a Saturday morning so they were pretty busy. This wasn't a huge problem and the staff were nice about getting us taken care of as quickly as possible, but it was an additional stress on the day that I did not need.
I want to thank the manager Jennifer and her staff for wonderful customer service to myself and for my mother even though it was by phone they went above and beyond to help us with our problem and we appreciate it greatly. We will be making the drive to visit this store as the staff is very friendly and respectful.
I actually like this place and have had many great haircuts. However the staff seems to change so much I can't get the same cut each time.
My mom has shorter hair that just needed to be curled and styled in a way that looked like someone put in some effort. My sister has super long hair and it needed to either be half up, or all the way up in some kind of semi-formal updo. I was not impressed with the result of either hairstyle. My mom's hair looked like I could have done a better job and my sister's hair looked like an experiment with braids and curls rather than a finished updo.
The best haircut a man can get in the area for a good price.
I can't remember the exact prices, but I think that it was $28 for my mom and something like $30 for my sister's hairdo.
