I will NEVER again buy any product from Marks Applances . The Service after you buy is terrible. I bought a uprght freezer in 2010 the coils started to rust about 2 years after the fact. My wfe went up to them and told them about it they said they would come and take a look at it. a few Months later she was back up there because NO ONE came to look at it. they said sorry they will get on it. No one shows up. So I went up to see them was told the same thing but I would have to pay a service call again no one shows up. Today 6/24/2016 go back to them with pictures, they say its the racks, I said its the lines the Freon travels in, they said there is NOTHING they can do about it a service call s needed and it would have to be replaced and it wouldn't be worth it to me. They said I should just paint it with RUST OLEUM to keep it from rusting further. to me this is nuts... So I will NOT be buyng ANYTHING from them. I hope this helps someone when they think about buying from them.....want to see pics. I will post them......

Twice in the last month we have had Marks Appliance service center come out both times the guys were very professional and fair price wise. Also should say we are going on 7-8 years after putting several of their appliances in and they are still holding up well!
