I would highly recommend Cardinal Catastrophe to anyone needing storm damage repair/replacement of roofing, siding, gutters, etc. The whole process could not be more seamless and stress-free, esp. since they handle all of the interactions with the insurance company. They matched our siding to a tee and the roof and gutters look great. Kudos to our project manager, Sue, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Sue kept us informed throughout the whole process, answered all of our questions , and would come out after each stage was completed to ensure that it was done correctly and we were satisfied.

The project manager (Phillip) coordinated and scheduled all the work with the installers and was onsite to review the finished product. The project manager was easy to reach and was quick to answer any questions we had regarding the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for storm damage repairs.
Cardinal provided amazing service from start to finish after a hail storm. I was impressed with their ability to triage and multitask given that I had called them for help at a frenzied time when a large area was getting roof replacements due to the storm. Everyone at the office I spoke with was helpful, courteous, and responsive. They were generally able to handle my inquiry same-day but would give accurate time-lines if not. The process included a whole-house inspection, Cardinal meeting with our insurance adjuster and advocating for our claim, a meeting with Cardinal to go over what work would and wouldn't be done, and the work itself in varying stages. Cardinal coordinated the insurance claim process entirely so we didn't have to worry about that aspect at all. They completed all work from the roof to garage, gutters, window flashing, lights, and other areas damaged by the hail. Our project manager was available by text and was lightning fast at responding. The work itself was top-notch and cleanup was impeccable. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
