I have rented with Edwardsville Glen Carbon Mini Storage for many years. They have always been extremely helpful. I can have my packages delivered to the office and they will put them in my storage unit right away. The family owned business has always gone above and beyond for me. They have been willing to help me outside of business hours. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
NEVER RENT FROM THEM . I left my stuff here for three months and paid my money each month. When I came back ALL of my stuff was gone, 6 tvs, three mini fridges, etc. they refused to compensate or even seemed a bit remorseful. They left their gates open for a weeek and did not notify me. DONT rent from them. It was definitely a inside job
