Bought a very nice bike last week for a great price. It was a busy Sunday, but when I finally got someone to help me, I told them that I would like to test ride the bike. He got it down and took it to the back for adjustments and I was able to ride it. I decided I would like to buy it and he went and got the paperwork ready. I was looking at accessories and the sales guy was rushing me to check out, so they lost all accessory sales from me that day. The bike had been on clearance for $599 but also had a previous sale sign on it for $670 and an original price tag of $1060. The sales guy tried to charge me $670 + taxes etc.. I said there was another tag on it for $599. He went to the back and said that the other price tag on it said $1100... Good thing I had a picture of the clearance price on my phone or I would've walked away. Make sure you take pictures of the prices because they just throw them away apparently. Even more surprised that there was no offer to help me load it in my car. Rude sales man that day. I usually like the other guys working there though. Nice bikes too.

After getting the pedals on my Giant Rincon replaced, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service. They told me the service would be done in three days and I got a call the next day saying it was complete. The labor costs were more than reasonable and my bike rides like new now. David went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even showed me how to properly load my bike into my car. Overall I'm more than satisfied and will be returning.
Extremely poor workmanship on all three bikes. Let one bike leave with a fork that was unsafe
Bought 4 bikes over the last few years. The staff is attentive and follow up. They offer lifetime tuneups... super nice benefit. Give them an opportunity for your business.
