My wife and I have been a regular customer for quite some time here.I usually don't write any reviews, but I had a bad experience. I came in Sunday and bought a bike seat for my wife took it home and found out it was too big.came back Monday to Exchange it the guy behind the counter told me that there is a restocking fee OK even though it was never opened. But the new one cost less than the old one so I should have received a refund the guy said to me let's call it an even .I said no I need you to refund my money he said it's coming out of his lunch money. They just lost a good customer.

We are new to the area and have been in a few times. Once to just have our bikes checked out after we moved and a few times for supplies. Each time they have been very helpful and honest. I would recommend stopping in! It's great to have a local bike shop who looks out for its customers.
