Great BBQ and great service, hidden gem! This is a small, local BBQ restaurant. Seating is somewhat limited so arrive early. They have a varied menu that includes pulled pork, chicken, ribs, etc. Would highly recommend if you enjoy great BBQ!

Food was good, just like "Fire N Smoke" in Troy, IL. 35 minutes to get our order, we were given 1 straw and one set of silverware, I had to ask for more. The cashier rang up my order, totaled it and then i paid, then she rang up the other person that was with me and I paid again, with my debit card. Our number was 7 She then told me we could sit anywhere, we we went to the table we were told that number 6 would sit there, she then checked with the cashier, them we were told it was ok to sit there. Workers were very unorganized.
Some of the best barbecue I've eaten anywhere and one of the best restaurants in Edwardsville. The service is always exceptional and the food is always perfect. Nachos, burgers, ribs, they've got everything. Personal favorite is the corn casserole. Actual perfection.
