I'm giving Red Robin 2 stars instead of 1 since my grand-kids really liked their visit here. Since they only serve burgers (with some exceptions), I imagined they would do them well. The menu promises some really interesting ideas. The execution falls flat. Burgers were just thrown together, greasy, and not appealing. It seemed like no one really cared about the place or the work that was going on there. If their food was good, I would have been happy to pay their prices; but paying over $15 for a glorified burger I could have gotten from Burger King was a disappointment. This is perhaps a good place to go if you are looking to kick back and have some greasy food or please some non-discriminating kids. But if you're looking for a place to get a good burger, there are plenty of other options in the area that have Red Robin beat.
It's usually pretty crowded but for really good food it's worth the wait if your not in a hurry.
This is our date night spot. We love it almost as much as we love each other. Great place.
Always good service. I eat a lot of the bottomless fries and there always asking if I need/want anymore. Great service, great food, great restroom when I'm done.

The staff has always been friendly and the place is very clean, even the restrooms.
Burgers are really good. Steak fries are my favorite and them being bottomless is a big plus! Our waitress was nice and always kept our fries and drinks full! Tables are a little close to each other, but everything else was perfect!
